Team Lead - Community Support Program (CSP)

The Team Lead role is a blend of leadership and supervisory responsibilities and direct service to clients. This role assists in program coordination including staff supervision, recruitment, training, and scheduling.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clinical supervision to staff
  • Provide oversight of daily medication administration
  • Recruit staff and coordinate staff schedules
  • Create on the job training to increase the competency of staff
  • Provide therapeutic 1:1 and group support to clients, implementing behavior plans and providing supportive counseling as needed
  • Food Ordering

Requirements:

  • A combination of two years of experience working with adults with mental health challenges in either a residential or community-based setting and education will be considered
  • Valid driver's License, and use of a personal vehicle

Structure:

  • Full time (37.5 hours)
  • Exempt
  • Annual salary starting at $44,190.00
  • We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experience
