CCBHC Quality Improvement and Data Manager

The Certified Community Based Integrated Health Centers (CCBHC) Quality Improvement and Data Manager position manages the data, reporting, and quality improvement projects needed to meet state and federal requirements.  This position will balance reporting deadlines, work with state entities, and internal Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) projects to help Howard Center work toward higher implementation accountability on key performance indicators dictated by our State provider agreements and federal grant projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and supervise staff
  • Manage reporting requirements and timelines for SAMHSA CCBHC-PDI grant, including collection of the National Outcome Measures (NOMS)
  • Develop written reports for state and federal funders and internal/ external stakeholders
  • Serve as the project manager for organizational quality improvement initiatives that support achievement of strategic goals
  • Develop, Monitor and implement CQI strategies to support the collection of CCBHC Clinic Collected Quality Measures Provides evaluation support to the CCBHC-PDI grant

Requirements:

  • Two years of related experience in quality improvement or evaluation
  • Master's Degree in a related field preferred. Commensurate training or certification in QI methods (i.e. six sigma, LEAN) can be considered in lieu of master's degree.

Structure:

  • Full-time
  • Exempt
  • Starting at $70,267
