Internship

Howard Center is proud to offer Internships for students in mental health and developmental fields. Interns are paired with supervisors based on the fit of the student's program needs as well as the type or services the supervisor provides clients. The responsibilities of interns at the Howard Center vary across the agency's client services programs and are designed to provide students seeking to fulfill program/degree requirements with instruction and experience in human services. At this time, Howard Center has very limited capacity to support interns, but we still encourage you to apply if your school/program is listed above.

Pending capacity of programs, Howard Center provides unique opportunities for school-based, community based, residential based and clinical based internships. Howard Center’s internship opportunities reflect the clientele we support. These internships will work with individuals with mental health needs, substance use, and developmental needs.

Currently, we're offering Internships to students seeking to fulfill their institution/program's requirements. Please be sure to include a brief overview of your specific requirements in your cover letter.
