Assistant Director of Developmental Services:

The Assistant Director of Developmental Services provides leadership across developmental services programs and direct supervision to Senior Managers. Provides program oversight and leadership to achieve strategic priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides oversight and supervision of program compliance
  • Oversees the implementation of agency policy and operations
  • Oversees development, management, and accuracy of program budgets
  • Develops support strategies and creates programs to meet the needs of clients with both internal and external partners
  • Coordinates broad community-based outreach and education
  • Advise or respond to emergent needs on the weekends and evenings as available
  • Rotate after hours consult for LTSS
  • Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice

Requirements:

  • Masters in a human services or related field or Qualified Developmental Disability Professional preferred
  • Five years of experience at senior management level in a human service field; proven supervisory and program oversight experience
  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
