SUB - Job Coach:

Support clients who are receiving developmental services at their place of employment. Model professionalism and a positive attitude to both the client and employer.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support employment related goals and training strategies from the client's Individual Support Agreement
  • Occasionally assist with client's workload as part of training and to ensure that needed quantity of work is complete
  • Communicate observations of support strategies with client team
  • Provide transportation for client to their worksite

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years' experience in human services
  • Valid driver's License, and use of a personal vehicle

Structure:

  • Non-exempt
  • Travel within Chittenden County
  • Non-exempt
  • Pay rate is $20.12 an hour
