Clinician-Outpatient (Pediatrics)

Exciting Opportunity to join the Outpatient team!

The focus of this newly developed position is to provide short term, solution focused therapy to clients in pediatric practice offices as well as provide therapy one day a week in an elementary school. The right candidate is trauma informed, flexible, able to move between a short-term solution focused therapy model and longer-term therapy model, a competent clinical writer, able to navigate technology, and work between systems while exhibiting professionalism in a team environment.

  • Therapy in pediatric practice and school settings
  • Conduct assessments
  • Treatment Planning
  • Care Coordination
  • Clinical Documentation

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or mental health field
    • On the Roster of Non-licensed and Non-Certified Psychotherapists (License eligible)
    • Two years' experience providing counseling
    • Driver's license and use of a personal vehicle

    Structure:

    • Full Time (37.5 hours)
    • Exempt
    • Union
    • Annual salary starting at $54,342.17 (Non-Licensed) $56,728.01 (Licensed)
    • We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experience

    Licensing Requirement Notice

    Vermont regulation mandates that if you do not hold a valid license required for this position then you must be on the Roster of Nonlicensed & Noncertified Psychotherapists before you can be hired for work in this position. If you are not yet on the Roster, please begin the process immediately to avoid delay in hiring. Note this process may take 3-5 days for in-state applications and up to several weeks for out-of-state applications. Instructions can be found on the website for the Vermont Office of Professional Regulation
