Clinical Director - Chittenden Clinic

Provide clinical direction and oversight of the Chittenden Clinic, one of the largest medication treatment programs for opioid use disorder in the country, serving approximately 1000 patients. Our program and its staff have been recognized regionally and nationally for outstanding performance, high-quality healthcare services, and a patient-centered approach. We use evidence-based interventions and strive to reduce the adverse consequences of substance use, through a harm reduction approach, to support the health and wellbeing of all patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Clinical supervision
  • Provides training and supervision to clinical staff on hub and spoke model, Health Home concept, and health home services
  • Hires and evaluates clinical staff
  • Ensures quality of clinical services based on evidence-based practice
  • Implements groups to address clinical needs of population in both subject matter and intensity
  • Participation in community meetings, presentations, and advisory board

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology
  • Dual licensure (including LADC), Vermont license eligible
  • Four years' of experience in clinical work, with at least two being specific to co-occurring disorders
  • One year working in a medication-assisted treatment program
  • Two years supervisory experience that includes program management

  • Full time
  • Exempt
  • Starting at $77,295
