Employment Advisor - Project Hire

Support clients with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder seek and maintain competitively paid employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop individualized employment opportunities for each client
  • Contact and educate potential employers regarding services and Project Hire
  • Provide on-the-job training and on-going support to clients and/or their direct staff or job coach
  • Complete required documentation and maintain communication with client's team

Requirements:

  • Five years' combination of skills, experience and/or education in human services or related field
  • Valid driver's License, use of a personal vehicle, and an acceptable driving record

Structure:

  • Full time (37.5 hours)
  • Non exempt
  • Union
  • Starting at $21.24 an hour
  • We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experience
