Establish and maintain a therapeutic and stable permanent residential housing environment for adults with mental health/substance use challenges and a history of homelessness. Develop and implement treatment plans and teach independent living skills.
- Bachelors degree
- Experience working with individuals experiencing major mental illness and substance abuse issues.
- Ability to handle crisis situations, work in a team environment and maintain respectful relationships is essential
- Valid driver's license, registered vehicle and automobile insurance that complies with agency policies
- Full-time (37.5 hours/week).
- This is a union position

- Pay rate is $17.92/hour.
