Assistant Director - Baird School and INCLUSION Program:

The Assistant Director of the Baird School and INCLUSION Program plays a critical role in providing leadership and support to ensure the effective operations and development of both the Baird School, an intensive special education school serving students with emotional-behavioral challenges, and the INCLUSION Program, a program supporting students with emotional-behavioral challenges in Chittenden County public schools. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong commitment to inclusive education and the ability to oversee the operations, staff, and community engagement initiatives of both programs.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and responsible professional with experience in program leadership, operational management, and staff development. The candidate must excel in written and verbal communication, have excellent organizational skills, and maintain attention to detail across all areas. Previous experience working in schools or with students with comparable demographics to Baird and Inclusion would be ideal.
