Clinical Manager - Outpatient Services - St. Albans

This is a leadership position in Outpatient Services, operating primarily out of our St. Albans office.  The Clinical Manager position offers a combination of direct service, supervision and program management and is the operational leader of our St. Alban's Office. Master's degree and clinical license required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the overall development and direction of Outpatient Services
  • Provide individual and/or group supervision to clinical staff and interns
  • Oversees our St. Albans Outpatient branch, adhering to regulations and compliance to funders
  • Ensure that client satisfaction and outcome data are used to inform decisions
  • Provide approximately 8-12 hours of direct service weekly
  • Assists in the development and operation of our MOUD/Spoke Program in St. Albans

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in related field
  • Clinical license or VT license eligible
  • One year of supervisory experience
  • Three years of clinical experience
  • Valid driver's license and use of a personal vehicle

Structure:

  • Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
  • Exempt
  • Starting at $68,850
