Direct Support Professional Coordinator:

Provide leadership, creativity, and ingenuity while supervising a new and rapidly growing program.

Developmental Services provides community, work and residential support to individuals receiving a wide array of services. The Coordinator's role is to ensure that direct staff are receiving clinical supervision from Program Managers while coordinators manage administrative supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision to direct staff
  • Work closely with Program Managers and other client service providers
  • Ensure staff documentation and trainings are in compliance, and of high quality
  • Think creatively about a growing and dynamic program implementation
  • Efficiently and productively hire top-quality staff

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with clients who receive mental health or developmental services
  • Supervisory experience
  • Willingness to learn and become proficient with our internal software
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history
  • Ability to work either a Saturday or Sunday

Structure:

  • Full time (40 hours)
  • Non-exempt
  • Starting at $22.15 an hour
  • We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experience
