Senior Manager - Community Support Programs

Offer leadership, supervision, expertise, and risk assessment to staff that provide services to individuals with psychiatric disabilities and/or developmental disabilities, complex emotional, behavioral, co-occurring substance use, and medical needs. Current vacancy within Howard Center's Community Support Programs (CRT) providing coordinated services across the agency, with community partners and client networks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision
  • Recruit and train staff/interns
  • Develops support strategies and creates programs to meet the needs of clients with both internal and external partners
  • Oversee development, management, and accuracy of program budgets
  • Oversee and ensure that physical facilities are properly equipped, maintained and safe as per the requirements of state regulatory agencies
  • Oversee the implementation of all relevant State and Federal regulations
  • Provide direct service backup and augmentation as needed to team cases as well as shared responsibility for coverage across teams

Requirements:

  • Six years' combination of skills, experience and/or education in human services, including two years' supervising, managing, and leading a team.
  • QDDP, LCMHC or LISCW or license eligible
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and use of a personal vehicle
  • Two years' supervising, managing, and leading a team

Structure:

  • Full-time (37.5 hours)
  • Exempt
  • Annual salary starting at $68,850
  • We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experience
