Clinical Manager - Outpatient Services

Exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic clinical leader to provide supervision/training to clinical staff, to have ownership around the operational functioning of clinical programs, to provide direct service, and to assist and be a core member of a leadership group focused on the development and administration of a diverse set of Outpatient Services.

Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Supervision:

  • Provides individual and/or group supervision to clinical staff and interns
  • Monitors and respond to staff performance
  • Provides administrative supervision
  • Provides clinical training

2.Oversight of a clinical program(s):

  • Has operational responsibilities over a sub-set(s) of outpatient programs
  • Provides clinical leadership and oversight
  • Participates in program development
  • Ensures program adherence to all regulations and compliance to funders
  • Ensures that client satisfaction and outcome data are used to inform decisions

3.Direct Service:

  • Provides approximately 8-12 hours of direct service weekly
  • Conducts assessments, write treatment plans and complete all other associated documentation
  • Engages in post-vention or other support service activities
  • Participates in consultation and/or care coordination both internally and externally

4. Assists and advises Clinical and Outpatient Director

  • Member of the outpatient leadership team
  • Assists in the overall development and direction of integrated outpatient services
  • Maintains a budget awareness and to be a part of the budgeting process
  • Helps ensure overall functioning and performance
  • Helps ensure program values and direction are aligned with agency mission

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in related field
  • Licensed PHD, LCMHC, LADC, LICSW, or Psychologist.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience
  • Valid driver's license, registered vehicle and automobile insurance that complies with agency policies

Structure:

  • Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
  • Exempt
