Nursing
Supervisor
Supervise nurses working in residential and community-based programs for children
and adults who need services and supports to address mental health, substance
use, and developmental needs. The Nursing Supervisor provides supervision and
develops policies pertaining to nursing functions and client care. The Nursing
Supervisor will oversee the nurse on-call program for the adult licensed
programs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of daily nursing operations -
scheduling, supervision, performance evaluation, recruitment and hiring

Oversee nursing on-call rotation
schedule. Participate in evening/weekend
on-call support for residential programs as part of a team rotation.
- Audit documentation of nursing services
and records to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and agency standards
- Conduct nursing team meetings and group
supervisions
- Participate in program development and
quality improvement
- Perform related duties as assigned
within your scope of practice
Requirements:
- Unencumbered Registered Nurse license, Vermont license eligible
- Bachelors' Degree
- Three years of experience in nursing
- One year of experience supervising staff or in a leadership role
preferred
