On-Call Sub - Train the Trainer Racial Justice

EXEMPT/INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY - This position is responsible for co-facilitating the DEI Racial Justice Workshop.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a train-the-trainer program 
  • Lead a five-hour interactive workshop on racial justice
  • Attend DEI trainer meetings
  • Maintain racial justice training records
  • Present material in such a way that the participants are knowledgeable with the information and have developed skills to bring this information and practices back to their teams

Requirements:

  • Must be an exempt employee at Howard Center
  • Committed to racial justice work
  • Experience facilitating conversations around race and social justice work

Structure:

  • Hours vary weekly
  • $25 an hour
