Team Lead-Inclusion

Provide direct service and administrative supervision to Behavior Interventionists. Support individualized  treatment plans, modeling how to work with highly traumatized children in the school setting. 

The INCLUSION Program provides intensive, individualized support to children in Chittenden County public schools, grades K-12, with serious emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges who have not been successful with school-based supports.


  • Supervise Behavior Interventionists
  • Create/facilitate on the job training to advance the skills of Behavior Interventionists
  • Ensure the consistent implementation of individual treatment plans
  • Use independent decision making and strong judgement skills for daily programmatic needs
  • Provide direct crisis support to clients and teach effective crisis management to team members
  • Provide individual and group supports to assigned children
  • Assist in coordinating staff coverage for school days, vacations, and summer services


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of professional work in the field
  • Desire formal training in Applied Behavior Analysis or mental health related fields
  • Driving is required as well as an acceptable driving record


  • Full time (37.5 hours/week)
  • Exempt position
  • $19.89  hourly rate
