Team Lead- Early Childhood (Internal Only)

Internal Only: 

The Team Lead- Early Childhood is responsible for the supervision, recruitment, and hiring of Interventionists, collaboration with the Early Childhood Clinician, and provides direct interventionist support to clients in the program. This role also provides leadership to the program and is a part of the Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises, recruits, and trains Interventionists
  • Coordinates Interventions schedules
  • Provides leadership and training to program staff
  • Provides direct interventionist services to clients

Requirements:

·  Bachelor's Degree

·  Valid driver's License, use of a personal vehicle, and an acceptable driving record

·  Three years of experience working in the field of early childhood mental health

·  Experience supervising and/or providing education and training preferred

Structure:

  • This is a full time position of 37.5 hours per week
  • This is an exempt position
