Team Lead-
Crisis Stabilization - ASSIST:
Employees in this position may be eligible for up to $5,000 in grant-funded tuition or loan assistance
The Team Lead is part of the Crisis Stabilization leadership team and is
responsible for several supervisory responsibilities within the ASSIST program while also working as a Clinician providing direct care to
clients.
The ASSIST Program is a voluntary alternative to hospitalization and can
help stabilize people when they are in a mental health crisis.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview and hire Substitute Clinicians
- Provide on the job training to increase the competency of Clinicians
and onboard new staff. Create and
facilitate staff trainings
- Coordinate staff schedules and call-outs, participate in on-call
pool
- Maintain weekly reporting requirements
- Monitor program checklists, inventory, responsibility tasks
- Work regularly scheduled Clinician shifts to provide direct
support to clients and program operations.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's License, and use of a personal
vehicle
- Two years of experience working in the field of
mental health and/or substance use
- One year of experience supervising staff or in a
leadership role preferred
Structure:
- Full Time
- Exempt
- Salary starting at $43,191
