Team Lead - Crisis Stabilization - Act 1/Bridge
Employees in this position may be eligible for up to $5,000 in grant-funded tuition or loan assistance
As a member of the Crisis Stabilization leadership team, the Team Lead is responsible for a number of supervisory responsibilities within the Act 1/Bridge program while also providing direct care to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clinical supervision
- Recruit and train new staff
- Coordinate staff schedules and participate in on-call pool
- Provide direct support to clients
Requirements:
- Valid driver's License, and use of a personal
vehicle
- Two years of experience working in the field of
mental health and/or substance use
- One year of experience supervising staff or in a leadership
role preferred
Structure:
- Full Time
- Exempt
- Annual salary starting at $43,191.00
