Shared Living Provider Manager

Support Long Term Supports and Services by managing recruitment, contracting and training for the Shared Living Program.  Also provide administrative supervision and building operations support to Long Term Supports and Services programs.


  • Recruitment, screening and training prospective Shared Living Providers
  • Conducting and facilitating home safety inspections
  • Ensuring compliance with contract terms (insurance, water, pet vaccinations, household member background screenings
  • Partnering with Client Services to maintain accurate availability on existing and prospective shared living providers
  • Facilitation of contracting process for Shared Living and similar services
  • Supporting client teams to select appropriate placements based on client needs
  • Ensuring prompt and accurate payments to contracted providers
  • Supervision of Front Desk staff at LTSS locations
  • Supports for building operations at LTSS locations 


  • Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional Designation per VT Department of Aging and Disabilities (DAIL) requirements (a Q.D.D.P. is achieved with a bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years' experience in human services

  • A valid driver's license and use of a personal vehicle


  • Full-time position (37.5 hours/week)

  • Minimum starting salary $50,768
