SUB - Registered Nurse - MAT

Seeking Registered Nurses to work in the Chittenden Clinic, Howard Center's Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program.  Substitute staff cover vacations/vacancies and advance notice is provided.

The Chittenden Clinic is a large Opioid Treatment Program in Chittenden County, serving 1,000 patients. Our Medical Director, John Brooklyn, is a 2019 recipient of the Nyswander-Dole award for his contribution to the field of OUD treatment. We have a harm reduction orientation, use evidence-based interventions, and have a dedicated group of professionals using an inter-disciplinary team approach to client care.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely dispense methadone and buprenorphine products 
  • Maintain all Nursing Dispensary operations

Requirements:

  •  One year of experience in nursing 
  •  Graduation from an RN education program
  •  Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Able to perform EKG
