Residential Manager-Farmhouse-$1000 Sign On Bonus

Manage within a clinical team to develop, plan, and implement comprehensive services for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder.

Farmhouse supports up to three adults who have significant emotional, behavioral, or psychiatric needs. Services to monitor/implement can include, case management, community support, residential support, therapy/clinical support, and other funding that is managed and monitored.

 Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and training direct staff
  • Participate in development and implementation of client's Individual Support Agreement
  • Use independent decision making and strong judgement skills during crisis situations
  • Communicate, organize, and facilitate with a wide variety of people including clients, families, support teams, community partners and potential/existing employers
  • Abide by Medicaid, state, and federal laws
  • Good organization skills to maintain strict documentation requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a field that allows for consideration as Q.D.D.P. (Qualified Developmental Disability Professional)
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in human services or combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skill has been acquired
  • Ability to utilize electronic health records system
  • Good writing skills for clinical documentation
  • Valid driver's License, and use of a personal vehicle

Structure:

  • Full time (37.5 hours/week)
  • Exempt position
