The Project Hire Assistant Coordinator's role is to provide supervision and program development support and quality assurance. Project Hire supports clients with Cognitive Impairments and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder to seek and maintain competitively paid employment. This position is responsible for ensuring that quality employment support services are provided to our clients through training staff in best practices using tools and /or strategies to promote client's full inclusion in the workforce and oversight of documentation requirements.
