Program Supervisor - Career Connections

Provide leadership, supervision and expertise to a team providing supported employment services to adults receiving mental health services. The program uses the Individual Placement and Support approach - an evidence-based approach that assists people with finding competitive employment of their choosing. This is a phenomenal opportunity to provide creativity, expertise and innovation to this program that has been recognized for its high fidelity to the IPS approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff and interns according to IPS principles and practices via individual and group supervision.
  • Develops, implements and monitors systems and procedures to ensure effective delivery of services, specifically expectations regarding employer contacts, # of new job starts each quarter and employment rate.
  • Provide direct client services (employment and benefits)
  • Oversee program budget and HireAbility grant funding.
  • Collect client monthly outcomes and share with relevant parties.

Requirements:

  • Combination of related education and experience; bachelor's or master's degree preferred (no clinical license needed)
  • 1-3 years' experience with similar population/program; leadership experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and use of a personal vehicle

Structure:

  • Full-time
  • Exempt
  • Starting at $54,598
  • We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experience
