Navigator - Mental Health Urgent Care

Greet and guide guests (clients, patients, visitors, etc.) as they navigate through the program. This position serves as a liaison between guests and staff and promotes a trauma-informed environment for an exceptional guest experience. This position works with guests to provide support, co-regulation, crisis response, and de-escalation as needed, working to increase collaboration with staff and reduce stress associated with the visit.

Responsibilities:

  • Support guests within the program, assist with guest experience and program navigation
  • Liaison between guests and staff
  • Provide basic relational mental health support, co-regulation, crisis response and de-escalation
  • Assist in building the safety and security plan for the site and creating and maintaining a culture of safety and security
  • Complete incident reports, monitor and track safety and security related concerns

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in one or more of the following fields: mental health, criminal justice, human services, victim advocacy or a related field

Structure:

  • Full time
  • Nonexempt
  • Schedule: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
  • Starting at $21.40 an hour
  • We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experience
