Licensed Clinical Supervisor - Reach Up/MOMS

The Licensed Clinical Supervisor is a supervisory position in Outpatient Services which provides clinical and administrative supervision, individual therapy, assessment, and service coordination. This position will supervise staff connected to the Vermont MOMS and Reach Up partnerships who provide individual and group therapy to adults with co-occurring disorders as well as staff who serve children, youth, and families. This position will also provide therapy to adults who are receiving Reach Up services with co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct clinical services to individuals and groups (clinical evaluation, treatment, coordination of services, completion of necessary documentation)
  • Direct service provided at 55% This percentage may fluctuate based on number of supervisees and/or administrative tasks
  • Supervise 3-5 clinicians providing individual and group clinical supervision, administrative supervision, job performance evaluations, clinical licensure recommendations
  • Administrative and program duties including hiring, reports, staff activities and any other tasks as requested

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in related field
  • Clinical License required i.e. LICSW, or LCMHC, or Psychologist Master
  • Supervisory experience
  • A valid driver's license and use of a personal vehicle

Structure:

  • Full time
  • Exempt
  • Starting at $62,591
