Integrated Recruitment Coordinator

Coordinate and assist with managing the recruitment/hiring process for the Integrated Recruitment team. Howard Center is a nonprofit organization, with a history dating back to 1865. This is a fast-paced position given the high volume of vacancies that we are recruiting for. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support Howard Center's hiring experience
  • Initiate background screens
  • Assist with new employee/intern onboarding
  • Assist with Human Resources trainings as needed
  • Provide ATS/HRIS support to Departments

Requirements:

  • One year of experience within a recruitment department
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products

Structure:

  • This is a full time, benefit-eligible position
  • This is a non-exempt position
