Impaired Driver Rehabilitation Program (IDRP) Manager

Seeking individual to oversee all aspects of the Impaired Driver Rehabilitation Program (IDRP) in Chittenden County, which includes both a weekday program and a weekend intensive program.  This position will provide education, referral, assessment/screening, and exit services to clients who have experienced substance-use related legal problems and are required to attend the Impaired Driver Rehabilitation Program.


  • Program management and maintenance
  • Direct clinical (screening/exit interviews)
  • Staff supervision, training, and development
  • Collaboration with community providers and State Agency


  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Three years in substance use related services
  • Clinical License (LADC, LCMHC, LICSW), VT license eligible


  • Full time
  • Exempt
  • Annual salary starting at $58.891
  • We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experience
