Employment Advisor: Project Hire- $500 Sign On Bonus

The Employment Advisor's role is to promote community integration and increase the quality of life for the clients we serve by offering supports and expertise in areas regarding employment. Project Hire supports clients with Cognitive Impairments and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder to seek and maintain competitively paid employment. This position is responsible for providing high-quality services through assessment of employment skills and readiness, pre-employment and on the job training, individualized job placement and on-going support to maintain employment.


  • Develop individualized employment opportunities for each client
  • Contact and educate potential employers regarding services and Project Hire
  • Provide on-the-job training and on-going support to clients and/or their direct staff or job coach
  • Complete required documentation and maintain communication with client's team


  • Five years' combination of skills, experience and/or education in human services or related field
  • Valid driver's License, use of a personal vehicle, and an acceptable driving record


  • This is a full time position of 37.5 hours per week
  • This is a non-exempt position
  • This position is paid hourly, at $18/hour
