Ideal candidate will have experience in the mental health field and knowledge of community resources, business organizations and agencies relevant to individuals with disabilities. People with lived experience with mental health conditions encouraged to apply.
- Provide supported employment and supported education
service applying the 8 Principles of Individual Placement and Support
a Career Plan identifying client's abilities, talents, values, skills,
hobbies etc. with the client, case manager, family members and other
significant individuals who support their desire to work
job development and job search activities directed toward positions that
are individualized to the interests and uniqueness of the client following
the principles and procedures of evidence-based supported
individualized, time-unlimited follow-along supports to assist clients in
