Clinician - JOBS:

The JOBS Clinician provides clinical case management services to youth, ages 16-22, with emotional/behavioral disabilities through assessment, treatment planning, coordination, and monitoring of services. Service provision include supportive counseling, skills training, facilitation with accessing basic living supports and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate care and ensure appropriate services for youth and advocate across service systems among client's team members
  • Work with youth to identify treatment goals, conduct clinical assessments, and provide comprehensive case management services
  • Connect youth to work-skill training opportunities, as well as identifying both short term and long term career interests
  • Help youth identify, acquire, and maintain competitive employment in the community
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with area service providers and community employers
  • Crisis Intervention
  • Complete administrative tasks including clinical documentation, diagnostic assessments, quarterly reports, and grant evaluations

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record with use of a personal vehicle
  • 3 years of experience working with transition-age youth
  • On the roster of Non-licensed and Non-certified Psychotherapists

Effective January 1, 2016, Vermont regulation mandates that individuals who are on the Roster of Nonlicensed Noncertified Psychotherapists, through the Office of Professional Regulation, must be actively working towards professional licensure and be fully licensed within 5 years of Roster date of issue. This rule does not apply to First Call for Chittenden County.

  • Annual salary starting at $56,185.38 (Non-Licensed) $60,062.18 (Licensed)
