Clinical Supervisor II

The Clinical Supervisor II is a senior supervisory position in Outpatient Services supporting our Howard Center North Outpatient program in St. Albans. Howard Center North covers the communities of Franklin and Grand Isle Counties and hosts a range of clinical services including: co-occurring substance use focused outpatient therapy & case management, the area's only intensive outpatient program and a large medication assisted treatment spoke program. This exciting leadership opportunity will have a supervisory role and management responsibilities among a dynamic multidisciplinary team made up of behavioral health clinicians, nursing and other medical support staff and providers. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct clinical services to individuals, groups and/or  families (clinical evaluation, treatment, coordination of services, completion of necessary documentation) 
  • Direct service provided @ 55%  This percentage may fluctuate based on number of supervisees and/or administrative tasks
  • Supervise 3-5 clinicians providing individual and group clinical supervision, 
  • Administrative and program duties including hiring, reports, staff activities and any other tasks as requested

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree
  • Clinical License required i.e. LICSW, or LCMHC, or Psychologist Master
  • Three years of supervisory experience
  • A valid driver's license and use of a personal vehicle

Structure:

  • Full time
  • Exempt
  • Starting at $61,836
