Clinical Manager - Baird and INCLUSION

The Clinical Manager is a clinical leadership position within the Baird School and INCLUSION Program. This role oversees the clinical and administrative program operations. The Clinical Manager provides direct services to clients and supervision to staff.

Baird and INCLUSION provides intensive, specialized instructional and behavioral treatment and support services to children with emotional, behavioral and/or intellectual disabilities. Services are delivered in school and community settings and target the teaching/shaping of essential communication, social, adaptive, daily living and functional learning skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides individual and/or group supervision to staff and interns
  • Provides clinical training and consultation
  • Provides clinical leadership and oversight to ensure program values and direction are aligned with agency mission
  • Assists in the overall development and direction of program
  • Ensures program adherence to all regulations and compliance to funders
  • Ensures that client satisfaction and outcome data are used to inform decisions
  • Provides direct client service and crisis response as needed
  • Conducts assessments, writes treatment plans and complete all other associated documentation, as needed
  • Engages in post-vention or other support service activities
  • Participates in consultation and/or care coordination both internally and externally
  • Maintains a budget awareness and is part of the budgeting process

Requirements:

  • Master's degree
  • Clinical License required, Vermont license eligible (Licensed PHD, LCMHC, LADC, LICSW, or Psychologist)
  • 3-5 years' relevant clinical experience
  • 1-3 years' leadership/supervisory experience
  • Valid driver's license, and use of a personal vehicle

Structure:

  • Full Time
  • Exempt
  • Salary starting at $70,267
