Seeking candidate to provide screening for incapacitation due to alcohol or other drug use, and supervise those who are housed as they become legally sober. The St. Albans Public Inebriate Program (PIP) provides a safe and supervised environment for individuals who are incapacitated due to alcohol or other drugs.
