Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Clinical Behavior Specialist- INCLUSION:

The INCLUSION Program is seeking a Clinical Behavior Specialist to join our school team and support students' social, emotional, behavioral, and academic needs.The INCLUSION Program provides intensive, individualized support to Chittenden County children in grades K-12 with serious emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges who have not been able to be served with the most intensive public school-based supports.

The ideal candidate will possess strong assessment, diagnostic, and crisis intervention skills. The ability to work collaboratively with mental health and educational teams is essential. The candidate will have demonstrated skills supporting the placement of students with emotional disabilities by providing training and supervision to staff working directly with students. Candidates must be proficient in the development of behavioral intervention plans and able to analyze and interpret data.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments
  • Develop comprehensive behavioral treatment plans
  • Supervise Behavior Interventionists
  • Collaborate with educational teams and families
  • Provide crisis supports

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree or higher in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, and other related mental health degrees
  • Proficiency with SEL and behavior intervention using ABA.
  • Previous experience with supervision and consultation
  • An understanding of educational systems and processes
  • Use of a personal vehicle and a clean driving record

    • Full Time
    • Annual salary starting at $72,267
    • Exempt
