Assistant Director of Adult Licensed Residential

Provide leadership, expertise, and supervision to the adult licensed programs in Long Term Supports and Services supporting adults with developmental disability and/ or major mental illnesses and dual diagnoses. 


  • Oversee recruitment and supervision of staff/interns
  • Provide guidance on policy, performance manage management, funding, and culture development
  • Oversee program budget and determine necessary budget changes to better support consistency across licensed programs 
  • Ensure all documentation per State regulations is timely and complete
  • Provide leadership and work within the rotation of on-call systems currently in place across residential homes
  • Identify clinical and administrative training needs and implement training plans


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional 
  • Qualified Mental Health Professional 
  • Three years direct supervision of staff who provide services in residential settings and in the community 
  • Three years direct services to a high risk, disabled population in residential settings and in the community
