Administrative Assistant

We are currently searching for a Microsoft Office Suite savvy Administrative Assistant to provide support at multiple sites.  This individual will provide assistance to clients, community members, the general public and employees of the agency and will ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of front desks. This position will also do general administrative work for programs as needed. The successful candidate has exceptional customer service skills, administrative and problem solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Utilizing electronic health record system
  • Data management
  • Preparation of statistical analysis
  • Reception support


  • Valid driver's license and personal transportation
  • High School Diploma
  • Previous administrative experience
  • 3 years administrative experience or business college training preferred, human services experience helpful


  • Full-time position (37.5 hours/week)
  • This is a non-exempt position
