Administrative Assistant

Provide quality assistance to clients, community members, and Howard Center employees. Work effectively with regular interruptions, while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of our building.  

Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk management
  • Provides general clerical and office support 
  • Engage with clients in a warm and professional manner
  • Utilize electronic health record system and other technologies
  • Holder of building wide information
  • Provides customer service to staff/clients/guests seeking assistance

Requirements:

  • Two or more years of administrative or business experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid Driver's License and willingness to use personal vehicle for work

Structure:

  • Full-time position
  • Non-exempt position
