Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant supports multiple tasks related to helping a school function, currently working both remotely and in-office each week. This position supports the Baird School and INCLUSION Program and in doing so must have the ability to assess competing priorities and switch tasks seamlessly throughout the day. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assists in daily school and program operations
  • Assists in hiring and onboarding new staff members
  • Updates a variety of files and spreadsheets weekly and monthly
  • Emailing/mailing
  • Managing administrative projects
  • Collaborates with a team of leaders to help assist with other weekly and monthly tasks
  • Supports the building administrative team in technology assistance and front desk coverage

Requirements:

  • Two years' combination of experience, skills and/or education will be considered
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Structure:

  • Full-time position (40 hours/week)
  • This is a non-exempt position
