Senior Manager (Internal Only)

Senior Managers offer leadership, supervision, expertise, and risk assessment in the areas of residential, day supports, crisis/clinical, and family respite to program management and direct service staff that provide a broad array of services to children, families, and adults with developmental disabilities and/or complex emotional, behavioral, psychiatric, and medical needs. This role advises Agency Leadership and facilitates conflicts that arise between clients, families, community partners, contracted providers and staff.


  • Supervising teams providing case management
  • Manages team budget
  • Use independent decision making and strong judgement skills during crisis situations
  • Abide by Medicaid, state and federal laws
  • Good organization skills to maintain strict documentation and budgetary requirements


  • Six years' combination of skills, experience and/or education in human services 
  • Qualified Development Disability Professional
  • Proven ability to supervise case management and lead multidisciplinary teams
  • Supervision of team leads, program managers and direct staff
  • Ability to utilize electronic health records system
  • Good writing skills for clinical documentation
  • Maintain use of a personal vehicle with an adequate driving record, valid driver's license, and auto insurance meeting minimum coverage requirements


  • This is a full time position of 37.5 hours per week
  • This is an exempt position
