Living Skills Worker – ARCh- $500 Sign on Bonus

**$500 Sign on Bonus**

Offer 1:1 community-based support and guidance to individuals ages 4-22. Develop programming focused on goals directed towards emotional regulation, independent living skills and pro social skills. Initiate skills building activities that will contribute to their physical, mental and emotional development.

The ARCh program exhibits a commitment to community inclusion, self-determination, and individualized growth for people with developmental disabilities and/or emotional disturbance. 


  • Provide a broad spectrum of services to educate individuals on life skills
  • Development and initiate skill-building activities
  • Use strong judgement skills for crisis situations


  • A combination of experience and education will be considered
  • De-escalation skills
  • Time management as this position can be working with up to 10 families per week
  • Valid driver's License and use of a personal vehicle


  • This is a full time position of 37.5 hours per week with a schedule of Monday through Friday between the hours of 11am to 7pm
  • Starting pay rate is $15.81 per hour
  • This is a non-exempt position
  • This is a union position
