Direct Support Professional Coordinator

The Direct Support Professional Coordinator will oversee the hiring, scheduling and supervision of direct staff working for Developmental Services. This position is responsible for offering leadership, providing creativity and ingenuity to a new and rapidly growing program. The successful candidate has experience has knowledge of human services  and has supervisory experience.

Developmental Services provides community, work and residential support to individuals receiving a wide array of services. The Coordinator's role is to ensure that direct staff are receiving clinical supervision from Program Managers while coordinators manage administrative supervision.


  • Provide supervision to direct staff
  • Work closely with Program Managers and other client service providers
  • Ensure staff documentation and trainings are in compliance and of high quality
  • Think creatively about a growing and dynamic program implementation
  • Efficiently and productively hire top-quality staff


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with clients who receive mental health or developmental services
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history
  • Supervisory experience
  • Willingness to learn and become proficient with our internal software


  • This is a full time (40 hours per week), benefit eligible position
  • This is an non-exempt position
  • This is a hourly position
