Clinician - Park Street, Ruthland

Provide counseling services at the Park Street Program to include individual, groups, family therapy and case management. 

The Park Street Program is a residential treatment program in Rutland, VT specializing in therapy for adolescent males who have engaged in sexually harmful behaviors. Programming is family centered and trauma informed.  Consider this position if you hold a Master's Degree, are licensed/license-eligible and have a valid driver's license with use of a personal vehicle. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and treatment planning for needs and strengths related to problematic behavior, mental health diagnosis and trauma related histories
  • Utilizing a cognitive behavioral based approach with the Good Lives Model to instill change with youth who are a risk to engage in sexualized behaviors
  • Developing and coordinating recommendations to best address the therapeutic needs of the client in coordination with planning for a permanency placement
  • Crisis Support to residential programming
  • Consultation and collaboration with internal/external treatment team members
  • Clinical documentation

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree
  • Clinical license or on the Roster of Non-Licensed and Non-Certified Psychotherapists
  • Driver's license and use of a personal vehicle

Structure:

  • This is a Full Time position
  • This is a Union position
  • The salary for this position is $46,644.00 ($48,691.50 with licensure)
