CONT-TEMP - Talent Consultant

Howard Center seeks a highly organized, detail oriented, and customer-oriented individual to fill a temporary Talent Consultant role. This position will perform a variety of HR duties and will partner with hiring supervisors to support all aspects of the hiring and onboarding process.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interviews, pre-screen candidates.
  • Process and review background checks for new hire staff.
  • Assist with new hire orientation set-up.
  • Implement various recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 1 year of experience in Human Resources and Administration or related field. 
  • Experience with HRIS systems highly desired.

Structure:

  • Full-time temporary position.
  • This is a non-benefits eligible position.
  • Non-exempt.
