Administrative Assistant

This position will provide administrative support to the Medication Assisted Treatment program. The successful candidates should have administrative experience, have a skill set of organization and an ability to multitask, and demonstrate strong communication.  We are looking for responsible individuals to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties will include providing support to our supervisors and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our agency's general administrative activities.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Utilizing electronic health record system
  • Answers and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Order office supplies
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients


  • High School Diploma
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • The hours for this position: Wed -Fri 6am-2pm; Sa-Su 7am-12pm


  • Part-time (32.5 hrs/week)
  • This is a non-exempt position
  • This is a benefits eligible position
