Administrative Assistant

We are currently searching for a Microsoft Office Suite savvy Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Crisis Stabilization programs.  This individual will provide assistance to clients, community members, the general public and employees of the agency and will ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the program. This position will also do general administrative work in other Agency programs. The successful candidate has exceptional customer service, administrative and problem solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Utilizing electronic health record system
  • Data management
  • Preparation of statistical analysis
  • Reception support

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous administrative experience
  • 3 years administrative experience or business college training preferred, human services experience helpful

Structure:

  • Full-time position (37.5 hours/week)
  • This is a non-exempt position
