The Administrative Assistant supports multiple tasks
related to helping a school function, currently working both remotely and
in-office each week. This position supports the Baird School and INCLUSION
Program and in doing so must have the ability to assess competing priorities
and switch tasks seamlessly throughout the day.
in daily school and program operations
in hiring and onboarding new staff members
a variety of files and spreadsheets weekly and monthly
with a team of leaders to help assist with other weekly and monthly tasks
the building administrative team in technology assistance and front desk
- Two years' combination of experience,
skills and/or education will be considered
in Microsoft Office Suite
position (40 hours/week)
is a non-exempt position
